Was the package delivered in the Netherlands? Then you can send it back in the original shipping bag. The shipping costs are at your own expense. The package can be returned to the address below:

Please note the following when returning:

- Use the original shipping bag in which you received the package.

- Complete the return form completely.

- The item must be unworn and returned in exactly the same condition as it was delivered. The item must be returned in the original packaging.

- The item will be checked upon receipt. If the return is approved, your purchase amount will be refunded via the same payment method as when purchasing. This process can take several days.
This is done via the Mollie payment system.

- If the item is damaged or otherwise not in the same condition as shipped, only part of the purchase price can be refunded. Even if the item is returned later than 14 days, only part of the purchase price can be refunded.
